Job Summary

Driven by a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales, the full-time remote Commercial Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on acquiring new customers and exceeding revenue targets.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the full cycle commercial sales process, from prospecting through to closing, targeting new customer acquisition
  • Generate and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and territory development
  • Conduct consultative discovery with senior stakeholders to align Drata's value with customer needs and drive revenue growth
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS sales role, with at least 2 years as a quota-carrying new business closer
  • Proven track record of quota overattainment and pipeline generation in previous roles
  • Experience in a startup or growth-stage environment, demonstrating ownership and adaptability
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, or SPICED
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and navigate buying committees
