Job Summary

Managing a dedicated portfolio of commercial accounts, the full-time Commercial Account Executive will drive revenue growth through strategic relationship building, proactive customer engagement, and systematic account expansion in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account expansion strategies by mapping organizational structures and identifying new teams and use cases
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and demonstrate ongoing value to secure long-term partnerships
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers across multiple departments to drive revenue growth and expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales with a focus on customer retention and account expansion
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a dedicated book of business effectively
  • Experience navigating complex organizational structures and influencing key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new team acquisition and strategic upselling
  • Strong analytical skills to identify expansion opportunities and track account growth potential
