Job Summary

Driving new business growth, the full-time remote Commercial Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on building trust with senior buyers and exceeding revenue targets.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full cycle commercial sales process, focusing on acquiring new customers and exceeding revenue goals
  • Generate and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting and territory development while executing account strategies
  • Conduct consultative discovery with senior stakeholders to align Drata's value with customer needs and drive sales forward
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS sales role, with at least 2 years as a quota-carrying new business closer
  • Proven track record of quota overattainment and pipeline generation
  • Experience in a startup or growth-stage environment requiring ownership and adaptability
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and navigate buying committees
