Job Summary
Driving revenue growth through high-velocity SMB selling, the full-time Commercial Account Executive will focus on self-generating pipeline and closing deals while establishing a strong sales culture and disciplined CRM process.
Key responsibilities
- Close revenue and generate pipeline by selling into hospitality buyers
- Establish a strong sales culture and build repeatable sales habits
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and manage a high volume of opportunities
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of overall experience, with 2-4 years in SaaS sales preferred
- Full-cycle Account Executive experience with strong SMB closing ability
- Proven ability to self-source over 50% of pipeline
- Track record of high performance, achieving 100-130%+ of quotas
- Experience in high-activity environments with strong process discipline
