Job Summary
To drive revenue growth, the remote Commercial Account Executive will identify new sales opportunities, negotiate enterprise agreements, and build market share within Enterprise and Commercial contact centers.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales quotas and negotiate Enterprise-wide agreements
- Coordinate and lead sales activities to meet business goals
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships while analyzing customer needs and constraints
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio sales of software products and services
- 1-2 years of experience selling AI Software Solutions
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications
- Exceptional relationship and client management skills
- Collaborative approach to sales with effective communication and presentation skills
