Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to sell high-value prospects and customers on Customer Engagement products, primarily in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, source, qualify, and close new opportunities for Customer Engagement products
  • Work with local Sales teams to prospect for new business, develop account strategy, and close deals
  • Drive the full sales cycle to win and grow enterprise accounts in the USA
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years B2B sales experience in Enterprise Software, preferably in CPaaS, Martech, or CCaaS
  • Proven track record of closing complex technical solutions to enterprises and software companies
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to technical and business audiences
  • Strong experience in direct and partner channels, including pricing proposals and contract management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
