Job Summary
Owning retention and growth across a portfolio of existing customers, the full-time Commercial Account Manager will drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and strategic account growth while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage retention, renewals, and growth for a portfolio of existing customers
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Lead renewal negotiations and strategic account planning tied to customer priorities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in account management or similar roles with direct revenue ownership
- Experience in subscription-based SaaS or recurring-revenue environments
- Proven track record of renewing, retaining, and growing revenue within existing accounts
- Demonstrated ability to create pipeline and generate new opportunities
- Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving skills
