Commercial Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Account Manager - Construction & Infrastructure (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present pre-renewal presentations and collect renewal information from clients
• Negotiate insurance renewals and review quotes against submissions and current coverage
• Maintain client files and track ongoing account activities, facilitating regular update calls with clients

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent); BA/BS preferred
• More than 3 years of client service and/or industry experience
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses if required
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in financial report analysis and reconciliation
