Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to manage and secure renewals across its existing commercial customer base in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve renewal revenue targets within the assigned book of business
  • Drive proactive renewal engagements with customers to ensure on-time contract execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs, accurate quotes, and efficient deal processing
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in renewals or account management in a SaaS or technology company
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and experience with CPQ for pricing and quote processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to negotiate renewals and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
