Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Account Manager responsible for retaining and expanding a portfolio of commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue outcomes for renewals and expansion within an assigned book of business
  • Prospect within accounts to identify and close expansion opportunities
  • Develop account plans and maintain customer relationships to drive growth and ensure successful renewals
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Account Management or Account Executive roles, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated interest in selling and closing expansion business
  • Ability to manage a high-volume book of accounts effectively
  • Highly organized and motivated by achieving revenue targets
  • Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS is a plus, but not required
