Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Account Manager responsible for retaining and expanding a portfolio of commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue outcomes for renewals and expansion within an assigned book of business
- Prospect within accounts to identify and close expansion opportunities
- Develop account plans and maintain customer relationships to drive growth and ensure successful renewals
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Account Management or Account Executive roles, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated interest in selling and closing expansion business
- Ability to manage a high-volume book of accounts effectively
- Highly organized and motivated by achieving revenue targets
- Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS is a plus, but not required
