Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Business Account Manager to oversee account management issues and enhance customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for cancellation requests and implement strategies to retain customers
• Manage the cancellation workflow and ensure compliance with contract terms while tracking churn reasons
• Process service modifications and provide comprehensive support for billing inquiries and account changes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer retention, account management, or renewals strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of billing regulations and GAAP
• Billing system migration experience is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven experience in managing customer relationships effectively
