Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Commercial Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own expansion revenue across existing customers and deliver a quarterly target of $1M+
  • Manage and develop a team of 4 Commercial Account Managers (CAMs) while overseeing renewal forecasting
  • Standardize commercial processes and ensure alignment between commercial and customer success functions
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles (e.g., Account Management, Customer Success)
  • 2-4+ years leading commercial or post-sales revenue teams
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment preferred
  • Proven track record in managing renewals and expansion revenue
  • Experience with complex commercial events
