Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Commercial Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own expansion revenue across existing customers and deliver a quarterly target of $1M+
- Manage and develop a team of 4 Commercial Account Managers (CAMs) while overseeing renewal forecasting
- Standardize commercial processes and ensure alignment between commercial and customer success functions
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles (e.g., Account Management, Customer Success)
- 2-4+ years leading commercial or post-sales revenue teams
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment preferred
- Proven track record in managing renewals and expansion revenue
- Experience with complex commercial events
