Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to oversee customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Identify customer challenges early and coordinate cross-functional teams to address them
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in account management, renewals, or similar roles with direct revenue ownership
  • Experience in subscription-based SaaS or recurring-revenue environments preferred
  • Proven track record of renewing and growing revenue within an existing book of business
  • Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships across complex organizations
