Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to oversee retention and growth for a portfolio of existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead renewal and commercial conversations, including pricing, terms, and negotiation
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in account management, account executive, renewals, or similar roles with direct revenue ownership
  • Experience in subscription-based SaaS or other recurring-revenue environments
  • Proven track record of renewing, retaining, and growing revenue
  • Demonstrated success in creating pipeline and generating new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving ability
