Key Responsibilities
  • Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in account management, renewals, or similar roles with direct revenue ownership
  • Experience in subscription-based SaaS or recurring-revenue environments preferred
  • Demonstrated success in owning renewals, upsells, and expansion within existing accounts
  • Proven ability to build executive-level relationships across complex organizations
  • Highly self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities
