Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to manage retention and growth for existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead renewal and commercial conversations, including pricing, terms, and negotiation
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in account management or similar commercially oriented roles with direct revenue ownership
  • Experience in subscription-based SaaS or other recurring-revenue environments preferred
  • Demonstrated success in renewing, retaining, and growing revenue within an existing book of business
  • Proven ability to build executive-level relationships across complex organizations
  • Highly self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
