Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in account management, account executive, renewals, or similar roles with direct revenue ownership
- Experience in subscription-based SaaS or recurring-revenue environments preferred
- Track record of renewing, retaining, and growing revenue within an existing book of business
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships across complex organizations
- Highly self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
