Job Summary
Driving revenue growth within a portfolio of Commercial clients, the full-time remote Commercial Account Manager will foster long-term partnerships, manage customer success, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify expansion opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets through strategic account management
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure exceptional customer adoption and retention, conducting regular account health reviews
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses to uncover opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless customer experiences
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to manage the full renewal cycle and accurately forecast revenue
- Strong computer skills, with experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving measurable results
- Experience conducting effective in-person and virtual meetings with clients
