Job Summary

To drive revenue growth, the full-time Commercial Account Manager will manage relationships within the SMB market segment, execute sales strategies, and achieve monthly quotas while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales quotas through effective sales techniques
  • Develop and manage relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to forecast sales activity and demonstrate products to clients
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B account management or sales experience, preferably in Telecom, Internet, Technology, SaaS, or VoIP
  • Proven experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance sales efficiency
  • Previous inside sales account management experience is preferred
  • Sales methodology training is desired
  • College degree recommended
