Job Summary
To drive revenue growth, the full-time Commercial Account Manager will manage relationships within the SMB market segment, execute sales strategies, and achieve monthly quotas while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales quotas through effective sales techniques
- Develop and manage relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Utilize Salesforce.com to forecast sales activity and demonstrate products to clients
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B account management or sales experience, preferably in Telecom, Internet, Technology, SaaS, or VoIP
- Proven experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance sales efficiency
- Previous inside sales account management experience is preferred
- Sales methodology training is desired
- College degree recommended
