Job Summary
Driving growth across a portfolio of mid-market customer accounts, the full-time Commercial Account Manager will manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion while identifying new revenue opportunities, with the option to work remotely and conduct regular onsite customer visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across the commercial account portfolio
- Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a SaaS or software sales or account management role
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience engaging mid-level stakeholders (Directors, VPs)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
