Job Summary

Driving revenue growth through renewals and upsells, the full-time Commercial Account Manager will manage a portfolio of clients with annual recurring revenue between $20k-50k, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic partner while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Exponentially grow revenue by leading account retention, expansion, and renewal efforts
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a positive, customer-centric experience
  • Consult with customers on product offerings to drive upsell revenue and improve product adoption
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in BDR, Sales, or Account Management within a software organization
  • Experience managing a one-to-many SMB customer territory with metric-driven success
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently when necessary
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com
