Job Summary
Driving revenue growth through renewals and upsells, the full-time Commercial Account Manager will manage a portfolio of clients with annual recurring revenue between $20k-50k, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic partner while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Exponentially grow revenue by leading account retention, expansion, and renewal efforts
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a positive, customer-centric experience
- Consult with customers on product offerings to drive upsell revenue and improve product adoption
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in BDR, Sales, or Account Management within a software organization
- Experience managing a one-to-many SMB customer territory with metric-driven success
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently when necessary
- High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com
