Job Summary
Owning retention and growth across a portfolio of existing customers, the full-time Commercial Account Manager will focus on renewals, upsell opportunities, and strategic account growth, working remotely or in a hybrid capacity based on location.
Key responsibilities
- Manage retention, renewals, and growth for existing customer accounts
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within the portfolio
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in account management, renewals, or similar roles with direct revenue ownership
- Experience in subscription-based SaaS or recurring-revenue environments preferred
- Proven track record of renewing, retaining, and growing revenue within existing accounts
- Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build executive-level relationships across complex organizations
