Job Summary
Managing retention and growth for a portfolio of existing customers, the full-time Commercial Account Manager will focus on renewals, upselling, and strategic account development, working remotely or in a hybrid model based in the New York Metro Area.
Key responsibilities
- Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in account management or similar commercially oriented roles with direct revenue ownership
- Experience in subscription-based SaaS or recurring-revenue environments preferred
- Proven track record of renewing, retaining, and growing revenue within an existing book of business
- Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving ability
- Ability to build executive-level relationships across complex organizations
