Job Summary
Owning retention and growth across a portfolio of existing customers, the full-time Commercial Account Manager will drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities while managing strategic account planning and fostering strong relationships, with options for remote work or a hybrid model in the New York Metro Area.
Key responsibilities
- Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead renewal and commercial conversations, including pricing, terms, and negotiation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in account management, account executive, renewals, or similar commercially oriented roles with direct revenue ownership
- Experience in subscription-based SaaS or other recurring-revenue environments with a consultative, strategic sales motion
- Demonstrated success owning renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion within an existing book of business
- Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving ability
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships across complex organizations
