Job Summary
Owning retention and growth within a portfolio of existing customers, the full-time Commercial Account Manager will drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and strategic account planning while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity in the New York Metro Area.
Key responsibilities
- Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Lead renewal and commercial conversations, including pricing and negotiation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in account management, account executive, or similar roles with direct revenue ownership
- Experience in subscription-based SaaS or recurring-revenue environments preferred
- Demonstrated success in renewing, upselling, and expanding within an existing book of business
- Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving ability
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships across complex organizations
