Job Summary

Owning retention and growth across a portfolio of existing customers, the full-time Commercial Account Manager will focus on renewals, upsell opportunities, and strategic account growth while working remotely or in a hybrid setting within the New York Metro Area.

Key responsibilities
  • Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead renewal and commercial conversations, including pricing, terms, and negotiation
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in account management, renewals, or similar commercially oriented roles with direct revenue ownership
  • Experience in subscription-based SaaS or recurring-revenue environments with a consultative sales approach
  • Demonstrated success in renewing, retaining, and growing revenue within an existing book of business
  • Proven ability to build executive-level relationships across complex organizations
  • Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving ability
