Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Review legal documentation to determine authorized signers and beneficial ownership for client accounts
  • Prepare and process banking documents for account openings and updates while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Maintain thorough client files and respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service
  • 1+ year of banking or financial services experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
