Commercial Ad-Tech Attorney

Job Summary

To support a legal team transition, the full-time Commercial Ad-Tech Attorney will negotiate and manage a high volume of commercial agreements, including master services agreements and insertion orders, while focusing on data privacy concerns in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage a variety of commercial agreements with a focus on insertion agreements
• Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective contract execution
• Provide legal support and business judgment in a fast-paced, aggressive environment

Required qualifications

• Significant experience with commercial contracts, particularly insertion agreements
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound business judgment
• Experience in a technology or digital advertising environment is preferred
• Availability for approximately 40 hours per week for a duration of 3-6 months
