Job Summary

Supporting the full sales cycle, the full-time Commercial AI Administrator will manage and optimize a commercial content ecosystem for both human and AI-assisted workflows, collaborating across functions such as Sales, Operations, and Marketing in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own and maintain the commercial content repository, ensuring accurate sourcing across AI and productivity tools
  • Partner with the Proposal team to keep the proposal library and internal resources current and optimized for RFP and AI-assisted workflows
  • Translate subject matter expert input into polished, structured content for commercial and AI-enabled workflows
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or commercial-related role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with high organization and accuracy
  • Strong project management skills with clear communication across stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and comfortable in a Mac environment
