Job Summary
Supporting the full sales cycle, the full-time Commercial AI Administrator will manage and optimize a commercial content ecosystem for both human and AI-assisted workflows, collaborating across functions such as Sales, Operations, and Marketing in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the commercial content repository, ensuring accurate sourcing across AI and productivity tools
- Partner with the Proposal team to keep the proposal library and internal resources current and optimized for RFP and AI-assisted workflows
- Translate subject matter expert input into polished, structured content for commercial and AI-enabled workflows
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or commercial-related role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with high organization and accuracy
- Strong project management skills with clear communication across stakeholder groups
- Proficiency with Google Suite and comfortable in a Mac environment
