Commercial Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time salaried basis, the Commercial Analyst will develop data-driven insights, conduct performance reporting, and build Power BI dashboards to support sales performance and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to identify performance drivers and develop actionable insights for growth opportunities
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI frameworks to track performance metrics
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales performance and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence, or sales operations within B2B industries
• Advanced skills in Power BI with experience in designing and maintaining dashboards
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in performance reporting and KPI tracking
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or Snowflake is a plus
