Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence support, delivering insights and recommendations to drive sales performance while collaborating closely with sales leadership in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining communication with sales leadership
- Deliver insights and thought leadership to inform performance-to-plan discussions and identify growth opportunities
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership while developing market-specific training and tools
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, preferably in the alcohol beverage industry
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling, with experience in DAX-based analyses
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
