Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence support, delivering insights and recommendations to drive sales performance while collaborating closely with sales leadership in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining close communication with sales leadership
- Lead opportunity analysis and deliver actionable insights to drive performance-to-plan discussions and inform strategic actions
- Develop market-specific training tools and provide real-time support to enhance field teams' data usage in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
