Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time remote Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights, lead opportunity analysis, and develop market-specific training while collaborating closely with sales leadership and analytics teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain daily communication with sales leadership to drive performance-to-plan conversations and inform action
- Lead opportunity analysis, including distribution gap analysis and targeted account identification, while communicating market-level implications
- Develop tools and provide real-time support for field teams to enhance their data utilization in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
