Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Serving as embedded Business Intelligence support, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights, lead opportunity analysis, and develop market-specific training tools while working remotely from the Central US.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain daily communication and collaboration with sales leadership to drive performance-to-plan conversations and inform action
• Lead opportunity analysis, including distribution gap analysis and key account identification, while communicating market-level implications
• Develop tools and provide real-time support to field teams, enhancing their ability to use data in selling situations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience
• Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts
• Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
