Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, opportunity analysis, and market-specific training while working remotely, preferably from the Central US.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating with sales leadership on performance and results
• Deliver actionable insights and lead opportunity analysis to drive performance-to-plan discussions
• Translate complex data sets into clear presentations for senior leadership and advance a data-driven culture within the division

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with a focus on the alcohol beverage industry
• Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts
• Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
