Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights, lead opportunity analysis, and develop market-specific training while collaborating closely with sales leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Business Intelligence support, maintaining daily communication with sales leadership
• Deliver actionable insights and lead opportunity analysis to drive performance-to-plan conversations
• Provide market-specific training and develop tools for field teams to enhance data usage in selling situations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, preferably in the alcohol beverage industry
• Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
• Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
