Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence support, delivering insights and analytics to drive sales performance and identify growth opportunities while working remotely, preferably from the Central US.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance and results
• Lead opportunity analysis and market-specific training, developing tools for field teams to enhance data utilization in sales
• Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and executive-level presentations for senior leadership

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
• Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts
• Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
