Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, opportunity analysis, and market-specific training while working remotely, preferably from the Western US.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance insights and opportunities
- Lead opportunity analysis, identifying market-level implications of strategic account programming and distribution effectiveness
- Develop market-specific tools and training for field teams to enhance data utilization in sales situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders
