Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will serve as embedded Business Intelligence support, delivering insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance while working remotely, preferably from the Western US.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary Business Intelligence contact for the division, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance and results
• Lead opportunity analysis and market-specific training, providing tools and real-time support to field teams
• Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and executive-level presentations for senior leadership

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
• Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
