Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance analysis, opportunity identification, and market-specific training while collaborating closely with sales leadership in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Business Intelligence contact for the division, maintaining communication with sales leadership on performance and results
- Deliver actionable insights and lead opportunity analysis to drive performance-to-plan conversations
- Develop market-specific training tools and provide real-time support to enhance field teams' data usage in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
