Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights, lead opportunity analysis, and collaborate closely with sales leadership to drive performance-to-plan conversations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, maintaining daily communication with sales leadership on performance and results
• Deliver insights and lead opportunity analysis to identify growth opportunities and market-level implications
• Develop market-specific training tools and provide ad-hoc analytics support tailored to individual market needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
• Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
