Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, opportunity analysis, and market-specific training while working remotely, preferably from the Central US.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance and results
• Deliver actionable insights and lead opportunity analysis to identify growth opportunities and market-level implications
• Provide market-specific training and develop tools to enhance field teams' use of data in sales situations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
• Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with the ability to guide report development
• Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data for actionable insights
• Strong business acumen with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
