Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, deliver actionable insights, and provide market-specific training while working remotely from the Western US.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance and results
• Lead opportunity analysis and communicate market-level implications of strategic initiatives to drive sales performance
• Develop tools and provide training for field teams to effectively utilize data in sales situations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience
• Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts
• Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
