Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time remote Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, deliver actionable insights, and facilitate market-specific training to drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis and deliver insights on sales risks and opportunities to inform strategic actions
- Develop market-specific tools and provide training to enhance field teams' data utilization in sales situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, specifically in the alcohol beverage industry
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with experience in DAX-based analyses
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
