Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver actionable insights and lead opportunity analysis for a divisional book of business while working remotely, collaborating closely with sales leadership and a Commercial Analytics Analyst.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Business Intelligence support, maintaining daily communication with sales leadership on performance and results
• Deliver execution-focused insights and thought leadership to drive performance-to-plan conversations and inform actions
• Lead opportunity analysis and provide market-specific training and tools to enhance data usage in sales situations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
• Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with the ability to guide report development
• Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
