Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support, the full-time remote Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, opportunity analysis, and market-specific training while translating complex data into actionable insights for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance and results
• Deliver insights and thought leadership to drive performance-to-plan conversations and identify growth opportunities
• Lead opportunity analysis and provide market-specific training to enhance field teams' data utilization in selling situations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
• Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts, including DAX-based analyses
• Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
