Job Summary
As a full-time remote opportunity, the Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence support for a designated division, focusing on delivering actionable insights, leading performance analysis, and collaborating closely with sales leadership to drive growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the division, maintaining daily communication with sales leadership on performance and results
- Deliver insights and thought leadership to drive performance-to-plan conversations and identify growth opportunities
- Lead opportunity analysis, market-specific training, and develop tools to enhance the field teams' data utilization in sales situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with a focus on the alcohol beverage industry
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
