Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time remote Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, opportunity analysis, and market-specific training, translating complex data into actionable insights for the Sales organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance and results
• Deliver insights and lead opportunity analysis to identify growth opportunities and market implications
• Provide training and develop tools for field teams to effectively utilize data in sales situations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, preferably in the alcohol beverage industry
• Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
• Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to present insights to senior leadership
