Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights and thought leadership, serving as embedded Business Intelligence support while collaborating closely with sales leadership and managing performance-to-plan analysis remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining daily communication with sales leadership
- Deliver actionable insights and lead opportunity analysis to drive performance-to-plan conversations and inform strategic actions
- Translate complex data sets into clear presentations for senior leadership, promoting a data-driven culture within the division
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
