Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support an assigned divisional book of business, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence support, delivering insights and recommendations to drive sales performance while collaborating closely with sales leadership in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Business Intelligence support for the division, maintaining communication with sales leaders on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis and deliver insights to drive performance-to-plan conversations and inform strategic actions
- Develop market-specific tools and training to enhance data usage in selling situations, while providing ad-hoc analytics support
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
